“ Authentic Mexican American brunch. I had a chorizo skillet and it was the best chorizo i have had yet to date. The wife had a pancake flight and all three were perfect. We will definitely put it on our return list for our next trip! ”
“ Absolutely loved our experience at Casa El Desayuno! Our server, Stephanie, was phenomenal right off the bat! When she discovered we were first timers she immediately brought out two of their signature pancakes made with Mazapan cookies. We were blown away at how delicious they were. The food we ordered (scrambled egg plate made with onions, peppers, and cactus along with another plates of signature pancakes) was sooo goood!!! Stephanie's service was top notch the entire time. We also loved the decor and atmosphere of the place. Would highly recommend breakfast here. We will be back again many times for breakfast and lunch! ”
“ Service was great! The flour tortillas could've been better.. they taste store bought but other than that, everything was really good! Cafe de Olla is the best! We get the Chilaquiles which are always amazing. We also tried the Fresca con crema pancakes and they were top tier. Ambiance is old school but the food and service is what matters! ”

“ Such a great breakfast! I loved all of it! It doesn't look like a hole in the wall kind of place, but I'll tell ya, we were surprised by the deliciousness of the good! Service was kind and accommodating. Our coffee was served with sweet bread, it was good. But then she asked if we wanted to try the coffee cake. Omg. I died and went to Heaven. The BEST coffee cake I've ever tasted. I got the pancake flight, the fresa con crema was my fave. My husband's omelet was delicious- the asada was soooo good. My only complaint, they didn't have sweet tea! Maybe it's a Texas thing? ”
“ Visiting Vegas this is a must stop! The staff were extremely friendly and patient. The music was great Mexican music that matched the ambiance of the restaurant. Now the food. To put it in simple terms. Amazing. The crunch in the chilaquiles was perfect the steak was cooked perfect and the sauce had the right amount of kick. The Cafe de Olla reminded me of my grandmas house in Mexico. If you are in Vegas it's a must stop ”

The portions are big sizes and great for sharing with families. If you're really hungry, keep all the yummy for yourself! Very happy with service and the restaurant was busy and clean. ”
“ Very Friendly, great and fast service. Cutely decorated Coffee very good. Not TOO strong but had plenty of flavor. Regular michelada. So good. Comes with a straw with Tamarindo on it. Hubs had the menduo. He really enjoyed it. Plus, here in Vegas not often you get hominy with it. Very flavor, and tender meat. Ranchero omelet made with steak, onion, green & red bell pepper topped with cheddar cheese, tomato and red house made salsa. The steak cooked and seasoned perfectly and O so tender. The salsa had a good kick. Very different take on it being served with refried beans, chips and chiles toreados. So good! Veggie omelet. Can't go wrong with this one. The omelets were very fluffy. Will defiantly be back to try the many different options for American or Mexican breakfast and lunch! ”
“ I went here for lunch hoping to find a similar menu to the predecessor restaurant. Imagine my surprise when I read the menu to discover it is more of a breakfast focus. Omelets, huge pancakes, waffles, and breakfast burritos not the usual Mexican fare but the omelet I had was delicious with large chunks of carne asada. It was a bit underseasoned but the hot sauce on the table took care of that. I'd rather it be underseasoned than over. The rest of the menu contained mexican soups, a few Mexican dishes such as Flautas, sopes, etc and some burgers. While it wasn't what I was in the mood for, it was probably healthier and quite tasty. ”
“ Great breakfast spot. It gets super busy in the morning so get ready for a wait. We waited about 25 minutes. It does move pretty fast but always packed on the weekends. After being seated we were greeted by our server Rosa. She was great. She went over the menu and recommended some stuff. I went with the steak tips, that came with sautéed onions and mushrooms and a side of eggs and hash browns. It was all very tasty. Large portions on all dishes. I tried the asada omelette which was filled with flavors as well. To end our breakfast Rosa recommended the pancake flight that was so good. Great place and awesome service. ”
